I generated a lot of material with uplink in mind during the course of the operation. But sorry if you don't speak english, cause 北海道のツーリング物は全部英語で、ごめんなさい。

I'm still pretty out of it, so I plan on posting it tomorrow. Also, they built a house in the way of my internet while I was gone, so now my internet barely works. I imagine that once they put walls and stuff on the house, it won't work at all. So I've got to figure something out.

Uplink. Operation Determined Journey - Pre-Departure.

This is the before photo.

It's pretty likely that I won't, like, bathe or shave or do much besides climb mountains and drive my motorcycle in the next week. There's also almost no chance of an uplink during the operation.

But we'll see what things look like in the after photo. See you then.

Uplink weekend update

So this Saturday I was bored and went to 花火.

But then as soon as it was over, I was blinded by the mass of car headlights from everyone leaving, hit a well-developed pothole, and my front tire gave up on holding in air.

It took about 3 hours to walk back. And it started pouring out after one of those hours.

花火の後で、自転車はパンクした。だから帰るは歩く三時間。そして、大雨。

Today was much more fun, if a little werid. I went to some crazy comic convention with Shin. There were lots of weirdos, and hopefully I got some OK photos.

台場のコミックマーケット行った。すごく変だよ。　たぶん、90パーセントは変体。
心は疲れた。

So... I found some film in the gutter near 浦和駅.

I got my scanner unpacked and set up today. The satellite dish seems to be more or less working.

I don't sleep at night now. I bring a pillow to work and sleep there. Free A/C. Not joking.

I'm still here. New apartment. I have internet again.

Well, actually, the internet I'm getting is from a satellite dish and soup strainer held together with duct tape.

No, really.
